Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) ofthe San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$ 435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental llealth <br /> Division. <br /> "Che sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards or San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and facility participants the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines.
