Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit a proposed and existing site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department <br /> showing sewage and well information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as <br /> required by ordinance requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Missing well not shown on submittal. <br /> B. Applicant shall have a qualified engineer evaluate the existing septic system(s) (various <br /> installations since 1966), and provide the Environmental Health Department a report <br /> demonstrating adequate sewage disposal function ability and capacity for the proposed gas <br /> station and other existing uses. A review fee of$186.00 is payable at time of submittal. <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> D. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $186.00 plan-check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> t <br /> -�O 6( <br />
