E. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> F. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> G. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> H. Applicant shall make application to amend its Public Water System permit per the California <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 116550. <br /> I. Should the applicant make any modification that would be warranted to the sewage disposal <br /> system, then the Environmental Health Department will require applicant to make application <br /> for an annual permit to operate under the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department guidelines prior to final occupancy approval. The current fee is $450.00 per year. <br />
