The frontage improvements for Oakwilde Avenue shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way <br /> Rural Road. The construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> (A $260 . 00 fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240 . 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, recording <br /> fee, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 and 2 and an estimate. The <br /> estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied <br /> by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . As an option, the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $115 . 00 . ) (Development Title Section 9-1100 . 3 ) <br /> S . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910 .20) <br /> 6 . Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code Section 10 . 207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and <br /> F-lc and the Waterloo/Morada Fire District prior to issuance of any <br /> occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 7 . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a <br /> statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411 . 1) <br /> S .
