Fremont Street 05/16/2000 Less than one gallon of diesel <br /> spilled. <br /> 4100 E. Fremont Street 07/28/1998 Tanks removed and soil <br /> contamination was evident. <br /> L900 N. Shaw Road 7/29/1997 10 gallons of diesel released. <br /> 406 Adelbert Avenue 4/4/1997 Illegal dumping of drug lab <br /> L waste. <br /> 300 N. Gertrude Avenue 7/9/1999 Ammonia, chlorine and HCI <br /> released on site. <br /> L No impact to the subject property is anticipated from these incidents. The incident reports discussed (4r-o <br /> have been included in Appendix F of this report <br /> �. 3.1.4 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on November 1,2005 in an effort to obtain copies <br /> L, of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. No domestic wells appear to be <br /> located on the subject property. One sanitation permit was issued in 1964 for the construction of two (3.77) <br /> septic tanks and two disposal fields at the subject property. A destruction permit was finalized in 1988 <br /> L for the destruction of the sanitation systems. <br /> 3.1.5 Deparnwent of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)well map W5-310 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are <br /> �. depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> 3.1.6 Site Reconnaissance <br /> lr <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on October 25,2005. Photographs of <br /> ( the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> L attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> L The subject property was observed to be a flat,rectangular lot. A duplex residence was located at the <br /> western end of the property.
