Anderson & Associates (NOA) has been retained by Mr. Larry Johnson of S.T.A.N.D. to <br /> conduct a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 516 and 520 <br /> North Oro Avenue, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> §9-905.12, as follows: <br /> L <br /> A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report sball be prepared by a quaked <br /> L environmentalprofessionlandshallidentifi,anypotentialsounzofrurfaceorsubsurfacecontamination <br /> caused bypast orcurrent land uses. The report shall include evaluation ofnonpoint source ofhaZardous <br /> materials,includingagriculturalchewca!residues,aswellaspotentialpointsourees,suchasfuelstorage <br /> L tanks, septic systems, or cbemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> L and based on the search methods described in the text sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> ` any potential contamination sources identified. This report contains information and data provided to <br /> NOA by several sources.
