NOA specifically disclaims any responsibility for any <br /> L unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located 1500 feet southeast of the overpass of Highway 99 and Fremont Road <br /> (Highway 26)within the city of Stockton, San Joaquin County,California. The property consists of a <br /> rectangular, approximately 0.475-acre parcel (APN 143-330-40). The addresses associated with the <br /> j subject property parcel: 516 and 520 North Oro Avenue. One single-family residence is located at the <br /> L southern end of the property; the remainder of the site is planted with grass and has several mature <br /> trees. /) <br /> I <br /> L According to the County of San Joaquin Community development department website,' the subject <br /> property is zoned Low Density Residential (R/L). <br /> ` Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
