The subject property was not listed on any of these databases. <br /> ` Five sites were located within a one-quarter mile radius on the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks(LUST) <br /> list (October 2005);they are described as follows: <br /> LGrewal's Market 4100 Fremont Street Gasoline, case active. <br /> Blue Magic Products Inc 4445 Fremont Street Substance not recorded, case <br /> r closed,release only to soils. <br /> Camation/Nestle 4343 Fremont Street Hydrocarbons, case closed, <br /> release only to soils. <br /> v <br /> Noack Pumps 4500 Fremont Street Waste Oil, case closed,release <br /> only to soils. <br /> 6. <br /> Franklin High School 300 N. Gertrude Avenue Regular Gasoline,with MTBE, <br /> L case closed. <br /> The Grewal's Market at 4100 Fremont Street is the only open contamination case at the present. The <br /> 1 information on the Geotracker web sites for this site indicates that ground water is at 58 feet below the <br /> L ground surface and the samples analyzed on April 29, 2005 indicated that the levels of hydrocarbons / <br /> constituents are below the detection limits on site.
