None observed <br /> Electric or hydraulic Five pole-mounted transformers were observed on the <br /> equipment likely to contain property. Two were observed near the residence at the <br /> polychlorinated biphenyls southwest corner of the property. Three dark-colored <br /> (PCBs)? transformers were observed near the well located along <br /> the eastern property border. No staining or leaking was <br /> observed under the transformers. <br /> Storage tanks? None observed <br /> Drums or other containers? Two containers of unknown liquid were observed near <br /> the well located near the eastern property boundary. <br /> Exterior On-Site Observations <br /> Pits, Ponds, Lagoons? None observed <br /> Stained soil or pavement? None observed <br /> Solid waste? None observed <br /> Waste water discharge? None observed <br /> Wells or septic systems? One agricultural well mounted on a concrete pad was <br /> observed near the eastern property boundary. No <br /> leaking or staining was observed around the well. The <br /> domestic well indicated on the tentative map near the <br /> residence was not observed at the time of the site visit. <br /> Vicinity Observations <br /> Topography of property and Relatively flat <br /> vicinity <br /> Current use of adjoining Overhiser Road and a residence with a newly plowed <br /> properties field were observed west of the subject property. A <br /> residence and newly plowed field were observed south of <br /> the property. Walnut Orchards were observed east of <br /> the subject property. Residences and an open field were <br /> observed north of the property. A semi truck storage <br /> area and retention pond were observed north of the <br /> property. <br /> Current land uses in area Agriculture <br /> Evidence of past uses?
