b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120,2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> c, Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings(San Joaquin County Development Tile,Section9-1110.3& <br /> 9-1110.4). <br /> d. Any geotechnical drilling shat] be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 4. Receive your Certificate of Payment and release the required permit <br /> b. The applicant is required to consult with the Service under Section 7 or Section 10 of the <br /> Endangered Species Act prior to commencing any construction activities. <br /> 5. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> San Joaquin County PA-1 100062/Pinto <br /> Community Development Page 11 <br />
