b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Pay appropriate fee based on SJMSCP findings. Fees shall be paid in the amount in effect at <br /> the time of issuance of Building Permit <br /> 4. Receive your Certificate of Payment and release the required permit <br /> b. The applicant is required to consult with the Service under Section 7 or Section 10 of the <br /> Endangered Species Act prior to commencing any construction activities. <br /> 5. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a.
