ii) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> iii) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br /> and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> g) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. <br /> Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in <br /> front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section <br /> 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> h) SIGNS: No additional advertising signs shall be permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> i) WHOLESALE NURSERY: The Nursery shall comply with the following <br /> i) The nursery shall be a minimum of one acre in size. <br /> ii) The nursery shall be wholesale only, with incidental retail sales.(Development Title <br /> Section 9-115.00) <br /> j) UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit. <br /> i) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: <br /> (1) NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code (static water supply). <br /> ii) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Association. <br /> iii) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's <br /> instructions. <br /> iv) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard <br /> 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> v) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life <br /> or property C.F.C. 105.2.1 <br /> vi) A static water supply shall be installed at this site per NFPA 1231. <br /> Terry Remitz <br />
