f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> addressed the items on the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Steven Shih, 468-9850) <br /> a. Prior to the issuance of building permits or approval of an Improvement Plan, the applicant shall <br /> need to demonstrate that adequate sewage disposal facilities are present and that the 100 <br /> percent expansion area is available. (Development Title Section 9-1110.5) <br /> b. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.4[c][5]) <br /> c. A review fee of$174.00 for Conditions a. and b. shall be paid at the time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division.
