UP-01-4 OF STUDLEY COMPANY <br /> (C/O FOODPRO INTERNATIONAL). <br /> The project is the expansion of an existing olive processing facility by the construction of an <br /> approximately 8-acre retention pond for the storage of olive process wastewater. <br /> The site is located at the end of Via Nicolo Road, 3,000 feet west of Hansen Road, southwest of <br /> Tracy. <br /> The Initial Study prepared for this project indicates that this project could have a potentially <br /> significant impact on the San Joaquin Kit Fox and the Burrowing Owl unless specified mitigation <br /> measures are adopted as conditions of approval of the project. Those mitigation measures are <br /> included in the Conditions of Approval recommended below. Those mitigation measures may <br /> be modified when comments are received from the Department of Fish and Game or the U.S. <br /> Fish and Wildlife service. The proposed negative declaration was submitted to the Sate <br /> Clearinghouse for circulation. The SCH review ends on or around March 19, 2001. <br /> This item is tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of April 5, 2001. The <br /> Community Development Department intends to recommend approval with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective <br /> date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all <br /> necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary <br /> permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the establishmentof the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, <br /> and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br />
