(DISTRICT 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Arnaudo Brothers APN: 209-040-10 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, fioodplains , and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Patterson. Pass Road and Byron Road have existing right-of-way widths <br /> of 60 feet and planned right-of-way widths of 84 feet . <br /> RECOMMEtiDATIONS : <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915 . 2) <br /> 2 . Parcel 2 shall be field surveyed unless designated as "Designated <br /> Remainder" on Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation. Fee will be required when parcels <br /> are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025 , R-93-167 and R-94-179) <br /> 4 .
