No structures may be located any closer than ten (10) <br /> feet from the side property line, or fifteen (15) feet <br /> from the rear property line for accessory structures. <br /> The primary structure may not be any closer than thirty <br /> (30) feet from the side or rear property lines. Further, <br /> any structures or enclosures for the keeping of animals <br /> cannot be any closer than forty (40) feet from any rear <br /> or side property line. (Development Title Table 9-1045, <br /> and Table 9-610. 2) . <br /> b. A Note shall be placed on the Parcel Map that any further <br /> development or subdivision is subject to the provisions <br /> of the Mountain House Master Plan, and Specific Plan I , <br /> as applicable. This shall include, but not be limited <br /> to, the required setbacks from Mountain House Creek, and <br /> future road right-of-ways. <br /> C. A Note shall be placed on the Parcel Map that no <br /> additional building permits may be issued on Parcel 1 <br /> until the Public Land Equity Program Ordinance (PLEP) , as <br /> described in -he Public Financing Plan for Mountain <br /> House, has been adopted and codified.
