TRI-STATE MOTOR TRANSPORT FACILITY: The existing Tri-State <br /> Motor Transport facility, including the extensive berming, <br /> shall be removed from this site prior to the approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (Development Agreement No. DA-90-1 as amended) <br /> C. PRE-CONSTRUCTION SURVEYS: During pre-construction period <br /> project, boundaries shall be staked; protective fencing shall <br /> be provided for vulnerable on-site habitats such as riparian <br /> corridors and nests/burrow; and pre-construction surveys <br /> shall be initiated 30 days before planned construction and <br /> shall be conducted prior to each project stage to locate <br /> burrowing owls, kit foxes, and kit fox dens. <br /> Any kit fox dens or burrowing owl nests identified within the <br /> path of construction shall be excavated prior to the <br /> breeding/nesting season under the direct supervision of a <br /> wildlife biologist, subject to the Department of Fish and Game <br /> and U. PP- <br /> 94-1: The following note shall be placed on the Parcel Map: <br /> Development of this site is subject to the Patterson Pass <br /> Business Park Special Purpose Plan (PP-94-1) and to <br /> Development Agreement No. DA-90-1 as amended. Both of <br /> these documents are available at the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department. <br /> e. AMENDMENT OF SPECIAL PURPOSE PLAN NO. PP-94-1: Special <br /> Purpose Plan No. PP-92-1 shall be amended to incorporate the <br /> vesting tentative map for Minor Subdivision No. MS-96-23 . <br /> 2 .
