General Plan Amendment Conclusion <br /> The proposed General Plan Map Amendment does not appear to be <br /> consistent with several of the General Plan Policies and Implementation <br /> Measures as discussed above. <br /> Water Policy (Board Resolution: R-91-973) <br /> Any General Plan Amendment approved by the County shall not result in <br /> increased demand upon the water supply available to San Joaquin County as <br /> of April 2, 1991. <br /> The policy shall apply to: <br /> ■ Any amendments to the new General Plan 2010 after adoption by the <br /> Board of Supervisors. <br /> • Documentation adequate to enable the Department of Public Works to <br /> determine conformance with this policy shall be provided as required. <br /> If the applicant files a full application, a water study shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works. <br /> PRE-APPLICATION DISCLAIMER <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective <br /> applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public <br /> improvement requirements, preliminary design constraints and opportunities, <br /> and major environmental and safety issues.
