The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, not dated, were reviewed at the EHD on March 7, 2008. No listed sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) website6 was searched on March 6, 2008 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. A Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) for James Cotta Vineyards was located on the website. The HMMP included a Materials Inventory List which contained the following chemicals: Acetylene, Argon, Diesel, Gas, LPG, Oil, Oxygen, Solvent Cleaning and Waste Oil. The HMMP is included in Appendix E of this report. 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office? was contacted regarding use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found records for the subject property under the name of Kenny Luiz and Simoes Dairy (Appendix E). According to Ms. Gallego8, no chemical use reports were located for 2006 and 2008.
