Because Findings No. 1, 2, and 3 can be made in the affirmative, the Community <br /> Development Department intends to take this item to the Planning Commission with a <br /> recommendation for approval <br />! Planning Commission <br /> This item is tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on July 7, 2011. <br /> The Community Development Department will be recommending that the Planning <br /> Commission recommend approval of the application to the Board of Supervisors based <br /> on the ability to make all required Findings in the affirmative. If the Planning <br />{ Commission recommends approval, the application shall be reviewed by the Board of <br /> Supervisors. If the Planning Commission denies the Reversion to Acreage application, <br /> the action is final, unless appealed to the Board of Supervisors. <br /> i <br /> The Community Development Department will recommend approval of the project <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> Reversion To Acreage Application No. PA-1100076 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This tentative map <br /> approval will expire on , which is three (3) years from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map <br /> I has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements_ <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
