Finding No. I <br /> Dedications or offers of dedication to be vacated or abandoned by the reversion to <br /> acreage are unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes, based upon <br /> the policies and designations in the General Plan. <br /> Applicant's Statement <br /> "The original parcel map (PA-0700593) did not require any dedications or offers of <br /> dedication so this finding can be made. <br /> This finding can be made because there were no dedications or offers of dedications <br /> required from the original Minor Subdivision application and therefore no vacated or <br /> abandoned dedications or offers of dedication are necessary by this reversion to <br /> acreage. <br /> Finding No. 2 <br /> Consent. All owners of an interest in the real property within the subdivision have <br /> consented to reversion <br /> This finding can be made because the owner of the subdivision consents to the reversion <br /> and submitted the application for a Reversion To Acreage, <br /> Finding No. 3 <br /> Lack of Improvements: None of the improvements required to be made have been <br /> made within two (2) years from the date the final or parcel map was filed for record, <br /> or within the time allowed by agreement for completion of the improvements, <br /> whichever is later. <br /> Applicant's Statement <br /> "Finding B (Finding number 3) can be made because no improvements have been <br /> made within two years of the recordation of the map since no improvements were <br /> required in the conditions of approval. The original parcel map (PA-0700593) did not <br /> require any dedications or offers of dedication so this finding can be made." <br /> This finding can be made because no improvements were made as none were required <br /> for the subdivision. <br /> Finding No. 4 <br /> Lack of Lot Sales: No lots shown on the final or parcel map have been sold within <br /> five (5) years from the date such map was filed for record. <br /> This finding cannot be made because the parcels have transferred title. The transfer of <br /> title of the parcels occurred on November 17, 2010. <br /> nC MFS O - PA-1100076 <br />
