(CIO DILLON & MURPHY) (APN: 011-040- <br /> 02,-05-,-06) (ADDRESS: 10149 W PELTIER ROAD, THORNTON) <br /> ---- - The applicant-has-submitted-4-he-above-referenced-Reversion-to Acreage-application-to----------- <br /> revert <br /> application-to --- ----- <br /> revert a recorded subdivision map (PA-0700593) for eight parcels and a designated <br /> remainder to one parcel containing 425 acres. The project has a General Plan designation <br /> of AIG (General Agriculture) and a zoning of AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre <br /> minimum). <br /> The project site is located at the northeast corner of Peltier Road and Blossom Road, <br /> northwest of Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> Background <br /> On August 5, 2008, the Community Development Department approved Minor <br /> Subdivision application No. PA-0700593 to subdivide two lots totaling 425.64 acres into <br /> eight parcels and a designated remainder parcel, with each parcel to contain a minimum <br /> of forty acres. The Parcel Map was recorded on December 30, 2008 in Parcel Map <br /> Book 25 page 27. On November 17, 2010 the parcels were sold. On April 29, 2011, the <br /> new owner applied for this Reversion to Acreage application because some of the <br /> Conditions of Approval of the prior subdivision map application limited his ability to farm <br /> the property. : <br /> Findings for Reversion To Acreaqe <br /> In order for the Board of Supervisors to approve the Reversion to Acreage application, it <br /> is mandatory that the first of the following four findings be made and that at least one of <br /> the remaining three findings be made pursuant to Development Title Section 9-869.4. <br /> DC MEMO - 1 - PA-1100076 <br />
