Peltier Road ■Acampo, California <br /> April 17, 2018 ■Terracon Project No. NA177074 <br /> Terracon's ability to interpret the land uses is limited by the scale and quality of the images. <br /> Copies of the historic information are included in Appendix C. <br /> 2.3 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the site from <br /> the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and <br /> Disclosure Statement were completed by Ms. Joann Gribaudo, site manager and Mr. Johnny <br /> Gribaudo, site owner on February 7, 2018. Based on a review of Ms. Gribaudo's responses, the <br /> purpose of the SSCR is to divide the home site (APN 017-260-31) from the vineyard. Ms. <br /> Gribaudo indicated the site is under Williamson Act land use limitations. On March 8, 2018 in a <br /> telephone conversation with Ms. Gribaudo, Ms. Gribaudo indicated a former 500-gallon UST <br /> was located near Shop 2 east of the residence garage and was removed in the 1970s or 1980s. <br /> Ms. Gribaudo indicated a former 1,000-gallon diesel AST release occurred southeast of Shop 2 <br /> when the AST was vandalized. Ms. Gribaudo indicated the EHD provided regulatory oversight <br /> for the cleanup including soil removal and clean fill placement. Refer to Section 3.1.2 San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health for additional information regarding the diesel cleanup. <br /> Based on a review of Mr. Gribaudo's responses, the site was formerly used as a dairy and <br /> home site. Mr. Gribaudo indicated the site or adjoining properties were not used for gasoline <br /> stations, motor repair facilities, commercial printing, dry cleaning, photo developing, junkyard, <br /> landfill or waste treatment and was not aware of violations or transformers associated with the <br /> site. Mr. Gribaudo indicated the site is serviced by a well and onsite septic system. Mr. <br /> Gribaudo indicated the residence, barn (Shop 2), and shop (Shop 1) were constructed between <br /> 1949 and 1954 and a metal building (Shop 3) was constructed in the 1980s. Mr. Gribaudo <br /> indicated a former residence was removed between 1951 and 1952. Mr. Gribaudo was not <br /> aware of odors or staining associated with walls or floor drains, and was not aware of asbestos <br /> surveys, or lead based paint surveys associated with the site. Mr. Gribaudo indicated a diesel <br /> tank (size not indicated), 50-gallon drum of Roundup and 50-gallon drum of oil are stored on the <br /> site. Mr. Gribaudo was not aware of industrial property uses associated with the site. Mr. <br /> Gribaudo indicated pesticides and herbicides or other agricultural chemicals are applied to the <br /> site and mixed, rinsed or disposed of onsite. <br /> A copy of the responses has been included in this report as Appendix D.
