Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report 1�erracon <br /> 10516 E. Peltier Road ■ Acampo, California <br /> April 17,2018 ■ Terracon Project No. NA177074 <br /> Site Visit Observations <br /> not apparent in the bum pile. According to Ms. Gribaudo the burn <br /> pile is used to burn wood or vegetation from the vineyard farm. <br /> Waste water discharge? None observed. However, during the site visit Mr. Taylor indicated <br /> chemical mixing and rinsing is performed east of Shop 2. Ms. <br /> Gribaudo indicated the area has been used as a mixing and rinsing <br /> area since the 1980s. <br /> Wells or septic systems? One domestic well was observed west of Shop 1 and one <br /> agricultural well was observed southeast of Shop 1. According to <br /> Mr. Taylor, one septic system is located west of the residence. An <br /> additional agricultural well is located along the eastern property line. <br /> Other Notable features? One sump was observed in the residence basement/wine barrel <br /> storage room. Mr. Taylor indicated the sump is discharged to the <br /> septic system as needed. <br /> An interior floor drain was observed in the former break room / <br /> kitchen. Odors or staining were not observed near the floor drain. <br /> Mr.Zachary Taylor <br /> One air compressor was observed along the southern wall of Shop <br /> Staining was not observed on the concrete in the vicinity of the <br /> compressor. <br /> According to Mr. Taylor,the area located south of Shop 1 is used as <br /> an equipment maintenance area. Mr. Taylor indicated solvents are <br /> not used on the site. Staining was not observed on soil in the area. <br /> Vicinity Observations <br /> Topography of site and vicinity? The site and adjoining properties are relatively flat with a westerly <br /> topographic gradient. <br /> Current use of adjoining Primarily agricultural with residential land use. <br /> properties <br /> Evidence of past uses?
