Local and regional environmental records were reviewed to locate any sites in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the subject parcel. <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board publishes a Site Cleanup List, sorted <br /> by County. This list(3d Quarter) was examined and no listing near the parcel was found. The <br /> site may be examined at www.swrcb.ca.gov/rwgcb5. The Environmental Health Department of <br /> San Joaquin County maintains a Database List concerning Site Mitigation.No sites were listed <br /> near the parcel. <br /> SEPTIC REPAIRS <br /> The records of septic system repairs at the EHD, were reviewed, for sites near the parcel There <br /> were four locations found as follows: <br /> 11411 E. Peltier Rd. Add 2 lines @ 40' with pits. <br /> 12012 E. Peltier Rd. Add 1 line @ 40'with pit. <br /> 14248 E. Peltier Rd. Add 1 line @ 100'with pit. <br /> 14267 E. Peltier Rd. Add 1 line @ 100'with pit. <br /> The above repairs are typical for this area. Septic tank filters may extend the satisfactory period of <br /> service for the leach field, as well as timely periodic pumping of the septic tank. <br /> AGRICULTURAL COMMISSIONER'S REPORT <br /> The commissioner's office was contacted in writing to obtain any record of chemical use on the <br /> site. The report, dated 9-16-02 was negative and is included in this report. The land has not been <br /> farmed since the grape vines were removed. <br /> DEPTH TO WATER <br /> The Map showing lines of equal depth to groundwater, Spring 1999,published by the Flood <br /> Control and Water Conservation District indicates water at a depth of approximately 110'. <br /> SITE VISIT <br /> The site was visited on September 20. The photographs A thru D show current views and are <br /> captioned accordingly. In 1999 photographs were taken at the site. These six photographs are <br /> included in this report. Photographs No 1 & 2 are of the remains of the residence after the fire. <br /> No 3 &4 show trash, No 5 shows grape stumps piled for burning,No 6 shows the well tanks, No <br /> 7 shows grass and weeds typical for the 40 acres and No 8 shows the debris in Gill.Creek. The <br /> portion of the 40 acre parcel south of Gill Creek contained most of the trash and debris. The <br /> clean up is complete and appears satisfactory from a visual inspection. <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The observations, research and information available at present indicate the proposed subdivision <br />
