Located on the north side <br /> of Peltier Rd. , 532 ft. east of Elliott Rd. , north of <br /> Lockeford (APN: 007-280-26; 12313 E. Peltier Rd. , Acampo) <br /> (District 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Edward Pestana APN: 007-280-26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The re--evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton.
