1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 39.4 acre parcel located at <br /> _ 4330 W. Peltier Road, Lodi, CA. The subject parcel Assessor's Parcel Number is 013-020-01. /J <br /> The project is in an agricultural community and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. / <br /> 1 2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 39.4 acre parcel into <br /> one 35.4 acre parcel and one 4 acre parcel. <br /> I.;) Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). 3) <br /> 1*Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The primary <br /> source of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, (Z ) <br /> Andy Alexander. The owner was interviewed on June 15, 2011. Andy Alexander has owned <br /> the subject parcel for 10' years. The land use has not changed under his ownership. <br /> Presently the property includes a vineyard and a residence. The surrounding properties to the /� J <br /> north, south, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: An existing septic system, is located at <br /> the residence at the north portion of the parcel. No additional septic systems are anticipated at <br /> this time. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed permits <br /> for these parcels. (See Appendix) eA&,'/ / <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: No <br /> history of septic repair is available for subject parcel. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin j r <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1971 to present. (Copies of permits are in Appendix.) <br /> 1 <br />
