3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring G performance. There have been no incidents to report(See Appendix). 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site: There is one home on the subject parcels. No additional septic systems are anticipated at this time. However, each proposed parcel is entitled to a primary home and a second unit dwelling. 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION 4.1 Description of the depth as gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to gro ater in this area is 30 fe d the depth to potable water is approximately 180 feet ccording to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published �_ g, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. However, as with any 2 agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. 4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location (well head/kitchen tap)where water sample(s)were obtained: Water samples taken from a spigot at the well located at 4330 N. Peltier Road on September 16, 2011 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are being tested for nitrates and DBCP. 4 -5-Z- 4.5 Z4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled,stored, and transported to the lab: The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the well located at 4330 N. Peltier Road. The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements.
