3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring G <br /> performance. There have been no incidents to report(See Appendix). <br /> 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic <br /> tank usage on site: There is one home on the subject parcels. No additional septic systems are <br /> anticipated at this time. However, each proposed parcel is entitled to a primary home and a <br /> second unit dwelling. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth as gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> gro ater in this area is 30 fe d the depth to potable water is approximately <br /> 180 feet ccording to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published <br /> �_ g, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation District. The <br /> gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination <br /> issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this <br /> area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers <br /> typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. However, as with any 2 <br /> agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the <br /> farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location (well <br /> head/kitchen tap)where water sample(s)were obtained: Water samples taken from a spigot at <br /> the well located at 4330 N. Peltier Road on September 16, 2011 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. <br /> 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are <br /> being tested for nitrates and DBCP. <br /> 4 -5-Z- <br /> 4.5 <br /> Z4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled,stored, and transported <br /> to the lab: The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the well located at <br /> 4330 N. Peltier Road. The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy, and driven <br /> directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with <br /> Precision Enviro-Tech requirements.
