The <br /> western thirty (30) feet of the wall shall not exceed three (3) feet in height <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.2[c]). Construction of said masonry wall may be <br /> deferred until such time that ownership of APN 017-040-04 changes. Should the <br /> owners of the property on which the truck terminal is proposed obtain ownership of <br /> APN 017-040-04, construction of said wall may be further deferred until such ownership <br /> changes. A notice shall be recorded against the property in lieu of requiring a bond to <br /> guarantee construction of said wall. <br /> The above revised condition is acceptable to the applicant, the Community Development <br /> Department, and the owner of APN 017-040-04. <br /> KS:KL:ss <br /> GP995PCM <br />
