LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten <br /> (10) foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.8) <br /> (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development <br /> Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of <br /> landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along <br /> the street frontage. Five (5) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the <br /> parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred <br /> (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two <br /> (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> (2) Truck parts or inoperable trucks that are stored on the property of the truck terminal <br /> must be directly related to the operation of the truck terminal and shall be contained <br /> within a specified area that is fenced to provide an effective visual barrier. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505.6[e]) <br /> 2.
