- - <br /> c. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern <br /> and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage <br /> calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> d. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes (automobile <br /> and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of <br /> appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a <br /> durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall <br /> be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base may be <br /> used for trailer storage areas. <br /> (2) A minimum of twenty-five (25) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, including <br /> one (1) van accessible space as shown on the plan submitted June 10, 1999. <br /> (3) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) Twenty-three truck parking spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be an <br /> unobstructed rectangle. minimum fifteen (15) feet wide and seventy (70) feet long. <br /> (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (6) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed according the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
