Vehicle Trai<fic
This will be a seasonal business with the majority of the traffic occurring during harvest,
mid August to the end of October. At peak traffic tine we anticipate 5 trucks a day,
minimum. These trucks will have a 25 ton capacity, which will produce approximately
4500 gallons of finivhed product.
The 1000 tons of custom crush grapes will be moved from the site using tanker trucks
with 6500 gallon capacity. This will take 28 loads and will occur during off peak as well as
peak traffic times.
2. Waste Water
The owners of this proposed facility would prefer to obtain a discharge permit from the
California Regional Water Quality Control Board, and use the treated waste water for
irrigation. Until conditions for this discharge permit are available, it is desired to keep the
option for above ground storage tanks and off haul, as a possibility.
An application to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board will be submitted
and conditions will be reviewed before a final decision is reached. This submittal process
will begin once planning commission approval is obtained.
3. Drivewgy Access
Investigation continues regarding access from Kennefick road. A preliminary title report
for the property and the small piece at the comer are not yet available. The railroad
