This zoning designation <br /> "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture <br /> ` enterprises" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2005). <br /> /1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Our office was provided with a preliminary map from Mike Smith Engineering showing the <br /> proposed development. The map shows the construction of a 10,000 square foot administration <br /> building. <br /> /1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> /1.4 Site Map <br /> A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> low <br /> 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> According to Dan Tabar of Nunhems USA, Inc. the site is currently used for research for the <br /> development of hybrid seeds. The property has several green houses and office buildings. The <br /> property was bought in 1992 by Nunhems USA, Inc. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> e"'13.1 Existing On-Site Septic System Usage <br /> According to the Site map provided by Mike Smith Engineering there are currently two septic <br /> systems on the subject property. The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on July 25, <br /> 2006 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any septic tanks on the subject property.
