Peltier Road,Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below ha e_been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> ,A-""A soil suitability/nitrate loading'study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. j <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> /���� BCP and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> (DBCP) P <br /> to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> P <br /> D. Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the proposed <br /> winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. That written <br /> acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> �s building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br /> I <br />
