E. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers or parishioners the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area..This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> F. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-11159 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior R.E.H.S.,at(209)468-0343 to <br /> determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public water system prior to final <br /> occupancy. <br /> G. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> . Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> S review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s)(California Health and Safety <br /> lR Code, Section 113915).
