r <br /> 3. Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and <br /> kept mowed and dust free. <br /> k. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public right-of-ways. Screening shall be six <br /> (6)to seven (7)fleet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or <br /> in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> 1. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet <br /> from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe). (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> m. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The proposed occupancy is Group S Division 2. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24), <br /> 3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/<inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> 6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> �I 7) Provide engineered plans for new structures and accessible route to accessible restrooms <br /> and parking. <br /> 8) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> 2.
