The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24), <br /> 3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/<inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> 6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> �I 7) Provide engineered plans for new structures and accessible route to accessible restrooms <br /> and parking. <br /> 8) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> 2.
