Phase 2 is the construction of an 800 square-foot awning to be attached to an <br /> existing barrel storage building and shall be completed within 5 years; located on the north side <br /> of Peltier Road approximately three-quarters of a mile east of Kennefick Road, northeast of <br /> Lodi. (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Timothy Holdener APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 7099 E.Peltier Road,Acampo APN: 005-260-42 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 62 feet(42 feet north of the existing centerline) and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application for each phase of the project.
