John Funderburg -2- <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA-1100092 (SA) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 3. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit for each phase of the <br /> project. <br /> 4. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan for each phase of the <br /> project is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 5. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inchesor more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect and <br /> submitted for review and approval along with a drainage plan,prior to release of building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 6. The proposed development shall follow the practices of the County"Small Site Storm Water Management <br /> Plan" for each construction phase of the project. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.Best Management <br /> Practices (BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
