They specifically state that "the challenge is to provide for agricultural tourism and <br /> marketing activities while insuring that agricultural resources remain vital." They further state <br /> that "a major purpose is to guarantee that both winery and wine cellar marketing events are an <br /> accessory and subordinate to the primary agricultural use". <br /> It is our belief that we are currently operating in a manner that is well within our current <br /> rights as applicable to these standards. Every event currently occurring at Macchia has a main <br /> focus of selling and promoting wine; exactly as stated in the regulations. The music being <br /> played is "an accessory and subordinate to our primary agricultural use"-wine making. Zero <br /> income is produced by these activities and they are used solely to enhance the wine consumer's <br /> experience. <br /> While we do currently allow music at the winery, that ranges in nature from solo <br /> saxophones and acoustic guitar to rock and roll bands. Never have we promoted them as <br /> concerts, and never have we treated them as such. Except for our twice yearly release party, <br /> never has the number of customers exceeded 40 people at one time. Between 5 and 20 being the <br />
