Any work if required shall be <br /> approved by the San Joaquin County Flood Control <br /> District, including all applicable permits. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10325) <br /> k. Parcel 1 shall contain- a minimum of 2 . 0 acres net. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code shall be <br /> performed prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100) . <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title Section <br /> 9-10100-05) . <br /> C. The well shall be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe shall be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge <br /> pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San <br /> Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br /> d. Construct an individual domestic water well for parcel #2 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) . <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for <br /> parcel #2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br />
