Curtis
Civil Engineer sj CIVIC yet'
C.E. # 11584 'Tf OF C AUE4
418 Matthew Plaza
Lodi , California 95240
Phone: ( 209) 368-4159
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To divide a 29 . 8 acre parcel into two (2 )
parcels , Parcel 1 to contain 27 . 8 acres and
Parcel No. 2 to contain 2 . 0 acres .
TEST RESULTS :
Parcel No. Test Hole Percolation Rate Minimum Usable
No. (Minutes Per Inch) Disposal Area
( Square Feet )
1 P1 4 . 4 6 , 000
2 P2 6 . 7 6 , 000
SOIL PROFILE: No water was encountered in excavating the
Percolation and Soil Profile Test Holes to a maximum
depth of ten ( 10) feet . See the attached "Field
Percolation Data Sheet" and "Parcel Map" as well as
the text of this report for the specific soil layer ,
character , and location details .
WELL WATER ANALYSIS : See the attached three (3) "FGL Environmental "
letters , all dated December 8 , 1992 , as well
as the text of this report .
RECOMMENDATIONS : 6 , 000 square feet minimum usable disposal areas
are recommended for both Parcel Nos . 1 and 2 to
accommodate subsurface horizontal leaching fields .
However , due to the variable nature of the soil in
this general area, if the site selected for
development is at a different location than the
site tested, careful note of the soil character
and nature should be taken at the time of
construction at the specific site selected for a
planned system and the discharge of effluent into
a combination of leach lines and seepage pits be
considered as an alternate system.
