There are no state or federal regulations that <br /> apply public drinking water standards to private wells . However , <br /> special requirements and considerations would be required to <br /> provide safe DBCP standards for the existing agrculture well in the <br /> event it is used for the general public ' s use. No special DBCP <br /> requirements are necessary for the domestic well . <br /> The well water analysis was performed by FGL Environmental and <br /> is shown on their attached three (3 ) letters , all dated December 2 , <br /> 1992 . <br /> Engineer ' s Statement : <br /> Septic Systems can be installed to the density proposed and it <br /> is not expected to impact groundwater nor cause other health <br /> hazards . <br /> uft� <br /> Walter E.
