As an option, Public Works will prepare the <br /> drawing with estimate for an additional fee of $115.00. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1100.3) <br /> e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-910.20) <br /> f. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin <br /> County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b, and F-1 c, and the Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of <br /> the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which <br /> indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at the time of submittal <br /> to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemicals dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel 2 under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel 2 under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> 4. PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> a. The collection of in-lieu fees is required for park development. (County Ordinance No. <br /> 9-1230-8) <br /> 5. LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. Lubell Lane does not meet the San Joaquin County Fire Code regarding driveways as <br /> required by Uniform Fire Code 1985 edition, Section 10.207.
