(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Otto Ebert and George Alves APNs : 017-190-03 and 04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX, Building 105 , Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works , 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 80 feet . Lubell Lane (Private Road) has an existing <br /> right-of-way width of 20 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed.
