*1411, 'WADW
CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the percolation tests , soils information and
the past performance of existing septic systems in the area , it is
my opinion that the subject property is well suited for the
continued use of on-site sewage disposal systems . The on-site
sewage disposal system shall conform with San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Divisions "Sewage Standards" . Section 10 . 3 . 3
of these standards , requires a minimum 6 ,000 square feet of disposal
area for each parcel shall be set aside for the future expansion
area . This area shall not be built over or covered with asphalt or
concrete . In addition the leach field shall not be driven over or
parked on.
In following with the good faith and intent of these Standards it is
recommended that the typical system to be installed on these four
Parcels should consist of one-eighty foot leach line with a ten foot
long by ten foot deep by two feet wide sump, located at the end of
the leach line , for each bedroom of any future dwelling. With the
minimum system being a two bedroom system. In addition it is
recommended that each Parcel should hold in reserve 8 ,000 square
feet of "Usable Disposal Area" , as defined by San Joaquin County
Standards and Ordinance .
LIMITATIONS
The conclusions and recommendations of this report are based on
information provided regarding the existing development and site
conditions as they existed at the time of this study. It is assumed
that the percolation results are representative of the subsurface
conditions which exist on these parcels .
It is my professional opinion that the findings included in this
report are a reasonable assessment of the current subject parcels
conditions , as tested. This opinion does not constitute a guarantee
or warranty, either expressed or implied.
Steven A.
