1) The proposed use will have a S-1 occupancy. <br /> 2) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> b) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces(s) including the "tow away" sign <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24. <br /> c) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '% inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> d) Provide on van parking space. <br /> 3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> 4) Provide engineered plans for the structure, accessible restrooms, and parking. <br /> 5) Soils Report <br /> a) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> b) A copy of the Soils Report shall be submitted to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> Plan Check Section, at the time of the final submittal. <br /> h. CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit. <br /> 1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of NFPA <br /> 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> 2) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Chapter 9 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in California Building Code <br /> and the California Electrical Code. <br /> 3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 503.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Association. <br /> 4) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's <br /> instructions. <br /> 5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, section <br /> 906. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - <br />
