1) The proposed use will have a S-1 occupancy. 2) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: a) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). b) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces(s) including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24. c) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '% inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). d) Provide on van parking space. 3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. 4) Provide engineered plans for the structure, accessible restrooms, and parking. 5) Soils Report a) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction drawings. b) A copy of the Soils Report shall be submitted to the Building Inspection Division. Plan Check Section, at the time of the final submittal. h. CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. 1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. 2) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Chapter 9 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. 3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 503.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. 4) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. 5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, section 906.
