3) Phase Two (with building permits to be issued within ten years): <br /> a) Construction of a 24,000 square foot walnut storage building. <br /> c. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the <br /> Capital Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of <br /> any building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> d. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or Portland concrete to provide a <br /> durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1075.6[i]) <br /> 2) A minimum of 17 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 van accessible space. <br /> Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance <br /> (C.C.R., Title 24).
