Pine Street, Lodi APN: 049-120-65 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Pine Street has existing right-of-way widths of 20 and 30 feet from centerline, and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 30 feet from centerline. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a thirty(30) <br /> foot wide right-of-way from the centcrline of Pine Street to the property line across the parcel's frontage. <br /> (A fee is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> el to be offered for dedication.
