The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution K-06-38) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be Submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (168-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste flan format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of veritication. <br /> 6. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and rneet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Developnnent Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximtun design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to <br /> release of Building Pen-nit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 7. The proposed project disturbs less than. one (1.) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of common <br /> development. The proposed pr(ject shall folloNv the practices in the County "Small Site Stormwater <br /> %Ianagcrnent Plan." <br /> ]n#'3rmational Notes: <br /> {i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control District (209- <br /> 982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management <br /> Practices (RMP) guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
