The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution K-06-38) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be Submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (168-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste flan format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of veritication. <br /> 6. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and rneet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Developnnent Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximtun design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to <br /> release of Building Pen-nit. This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control District (209- <br /> 982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.
