• CERCL..,,(Comprehensive Environmental Resl.'se, Compensation and Liability Information System) The CERCLIS List contains sites, which are proposed either to or on the NPL the sites, which are in the screening and assessment phase for possible inclusion on the NPL. The information on each site includes a history of all activities for the site. The current CERCLIS listing was reviewed. CERCLIS contains sites, which are either proposed to be included on or are currently on the National Priorities List and sites, which are in the screening process. By cross- referencing name, address, and zip code, we conclude that the subject proM!U is not currently fisted on the CERCLIS. • RCRIS (Resource Conservation and Recovery Information System) The current RCRIS listing was reviewed. RCRIS is used by the Environmental Protection Agency to track handler permit or closure status and cleanup activities. A one (1) mile radius check of the project for sites listed on the RCRIS did not identify any transport, storage or disposal facilities. A check of RCRIS Notifiers found no sites. • ERNS (Emergency Response Notification System) The ERNS is a database used to store information on notifications of oil discharges and hazardous substances releases. The ERNS database does not include latitude and longitude information, and often provides only sketchy location information. No sites were identified in the immediate vicinity of the subject property. Additional Governmental Records • CalSites(California State Hazardous Waste Sites)The CalSites database has information about sites, known to be contaminated, with hazardous substances. The search identified no sites. • SWIS (California Solid Waste Information System) SWIS contains information on the location and operation of active and inactive landfills. A one-half('/2) mile radius check of the project for sites listed on the SWIS identified no sites. • LUST (California Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System) The LUST report contains all LUST sites within a'/Z mile radius. The report identified one (1) site. The site is a one-half('/1) mile north of the subject property and is in the regulatory review process per the state Geo Tracker database (See the appendix for the Geo Tracker report). There appear to br no impacts to the subject property. • All of the other databases reviewed identified no facilities on the subject property or adjacent properties 6
