• Visual aL-sc rvation of the adjacent properties to i.�rtify high-risk neighbors and or the potential for a problem to migrate onto the site 2.2 Special Terms and Conditions The assessment is based upon the following terms and conditions and are as follows: • A search of specified governmental databases following ASTM Standard (E1527-00) to identify and map nearby sites with potential or existing environmental liabilities. • A physical site survey and evaluation of the site for evidence of potential environmental concerns • Limitations of the ASTM Standard and recommendations for mitigation of any hazardous conditions 2.3 Limitations and Exceptions This assessment was limited to the data reviewed and a physical survey of the site and the surrounding area. 3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION The site is in a residential area along the east side of the I-5 Freeway and one parcel is open land and the other contains two buildings that are currently vacant and were used as a church sanctuary and classrooms/social hall. The subject property is currently zoned residential. The surrounding properties are residential. The California Water Company provides water and the city of Stockton provides sewer to the site, electricity and natural gas is provided by PG&E. 4.0 RECORDS REVIEW 4.1 Governmental Databases A search of specified governmental databases according to ASTM standard(E-1527-00)was conducted to map sites with potential or existing environmental liabilities within a one-mile radius of the target site. Reference the Online HAZMAT Archives& Records Access Report Dated: November 11, 2004 a copy is in the appendix of this report. The data search review showed the following: • NPL (National Priorities List) The NPL is the EPA's database of hazardous waste sites identified for remedial actions under the Superfund program. The current NPL was reviewed. No NPL Sites were found. 5
